Before founding Pine Hills Property Claims, Darrick spent years as a licensed Qualified Builder (MN QB662929), gaining firsthand expertise in residential and commercial property restoration and construction. His extensive experience enables him to identify critical details that insurers often overlook, ensuring clients recover the complete compensation they deserve.

Darrick holds multiple advanced certifications, including Certified Property Appraiser and Umpire (CPAU) credentials from the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association, along with specialized training in water restoration, property damage appraisal, and loss valuation. He has also completed Expert Witness Training with SEAK, INC., enhancing his capability to expertly navigate complex property claim disputes.
