"Jamie Klein is a licensed Public Adjuster in Minnesota with a diverse and well-rounded background spanning both the insurance and construction industries. A proud Rochester, Minnesota native, Jamie began her professional journey as a Health and Life Insurance Agent, focusing on Medicare and End-of-Life Planning. This early experience cultivated her strong advocacy skills and strategic mindset—qualities that continue to shape her approach to claims management.

She later transitioned into the construction sector, gaining hands-on experience as a general laborer on a road-building crew. This role provided her with a ground-level perspective on complex infrastructure projects. Building on that foundation, she spent the next 3.5 years as a Sales Manager for a general contractor, where she developed a deep understanding of building codes, compliance standards, and installation protocols.

Now a certified Xactimate user and licensed Public Adjuster, Jamie expertly bridges the gap between technical knowledge and client advocacy. She is passionate about guiding policyholders through the claims process, using a detail-oriented and persistent approach to secure fair and accurate settlements. Jamie thrives on the challenges each claim brings, treating every case as an opportunity to protect her clients’ best interests.

Outside of her professional life, Jamie enjoys a fulfilling home life with her husband and their three beloved pets. She channels her creativity through acrylic and oil painting, tackles DIY projects, and finds joy in outdoor adventures like hiking, boating, kayaking, and fishing. Cooking is another personal passion—one she uses to unwind and explore new flavors."
